Art Club
The Art Club is open to students who want to apply to an art major such as graphic design, fashion design and fashion marketing. Students can come here to develop their technique and portfolios or simply just be creative! This club also allows students of all years to work together and to grow as artists. Outstanding art works from this club is displayed at the school.
English Study Club
The English Club is a place for students to learn English in a more entertaining way. Students get to watch one English documentary per week and share their thoughts by writing a movie review and discussing it with other peers.
Basketball Club
The Basketball Club involves genuine training regimes that focus on improving athletic performance for competitions and tournaments. This club is meant to help students develop coordination, physical fitness, mental strength, as well as gain valuable teamwork skills.
Martial Arts Club
Chinese martial arts originated during the legendary Xia Dynasty more than 4000 years ago. Martial Arts Club benefits students physically and mentally. Students learn self-defense, build confidence, and get in the best shape of their lives! Practicing martial arts also comes with physical, mental and social benefits, which is suitable for anyone and everyone.
Business Club
The Business Club is a place where you can learn basic business knowledge and create a foundation for students who are wanting to pursue a business major in a post-secondary institution. Students in the Business Club can learn about business terminology, how stocks work, how to prepare financial statements, and how to prepare for business competitions. The most exciting part of this club though must be actually getting the chance to participate in business competitions.
Baking Club
The Baking Club, established in the fall of 2019, is one of the most popular clubs in CSW. Students not only get to learn useful baking and cooking techniques, but also hands-on baking practice involving cookies, cakes, breads, and many other delicious baked goods. With the leadership of the former club leader, the Baking Club created their own official WeChat Page with posts that are getting rapidly reposted. Because of this, the club is recognized as the most influential club in the school.
Public Speaking Club
The Public Speaking Club is the perfect platform for students who would like to practice public speaking, improve their communication and build leadership skills. Students will also discuss social issues and find solutions with other peers.
