Student Exchange

Foreign schools can send their students on CINEC’S Student Exchange Program to attend various British Columbia schools lasting from 2 months to a full school year term.

Students attend private and private schools of their choice, subject to screening and entrance examinations, and are accorded the same opportunities as students in Canada, including participation in various local school activities and events.

Living with a Canadian homestay family provides international students with the opportunity not only to improve their English skills by using English on a daily basis, but also to learn about the Canadian culture and share in the daily life of a Canadian family. Students also have the opportunity to enrich the lives of Canadian families by sharing their own culture with a family. As well, homestay families can help international students adjust to life in Canada.
